Abstract

Ushbu maqola ish joyida jins va irq omillarining xodimlarning professional rivojlanishi, mehnat samaradorligi va tashkilot ichidagi ijtimoiy muhitga ko‘rsatadigan ta’sirini chuqur ilmiy tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda gender stereotiplari, irqiy kamsitish, maosh tengsizligi, rahbarlik lavozimlariga ko‘tarilishdagi to‘siqlar va inklyuziv bo‘lmagan boshqaruv siyosati kabi dolzarb masalalar yoritiladi. Shuningdek, turli madaniy va ijtimoiy guruhlar o‘rtasidagi tenglikni ta’minlash mexanizmlari, adolatli baholash tizimlari, xodimlarni qo‘llab- quvvatlaydigan psixologik muhit yaratish va tashkilot darajasida o‘zgarishlar kiritish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar beriladi. Maqola zamonaviy mehnat bozorida gender va irq masalalarining ahamiyatini ochib beradi hamda inson kapitalini samarali boshqarishning ilmiy asoslarini ko‘rsatadi.
