SIMOBNING(Hg) ORGANIZMDAGI SALBIY TA’SIRI
Abstract
Ushbu ishda simob (Hg)ning inson organizmiga ko‘rsatadigan salbiy ta’siri, uning manbalari va biologik ta’sir mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Simob va uning birikmalari yuqori toksik moddalardan biri hisoblanib, asosan asab tizimi, buyraklar, jigar va yurak-qon tomir tizimlariga zarar yetkazadi. Inson organizmiga simob havo, suv, oziq-ovqat hamda ishlab chiqarish muhiti orqali kiradi. U tanada to‘planib, surunkali zaharlanishga olib keladi, natijada bosh og‘rishi, asabiylashish, xotira susayishi, mushaklarning titrashi va ichki a’zolarning funksional buzilishlari kuzatiladi. Tadqiqotda simobning ekologik xavfi, uning bioakkumulyatsiya xususiyati va oldini olish choralari ham tahlil qilingan. Simob bilan ishlovchi sohalarda xavfsizlik qoidalariga rioya qilish, individual himoya vositalaridan foydalanish va atrof-muhit monitoringini kuchaytirish orqali inson salomatligini saqlash mumkinligi ta’kidlanadi.
