Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sigirlarning tuyoqlarida yuzaga keladigan yuqumli kasalliklarning rivojlanishida bakterial infeksiyalarning roli, patogenez mexanizmlari, klinik ko‘rinishlari, diagnostika usullari hamda uni oldini olish va davolash strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Asosiy e’tibor Fusobacterium necrophorum, Dichelobacter nodosus, Porphyromonas levii, Prevotella intermedia kabi patogenlar sinergiyasi, ularning virulens omillari, luekto¬toksin va proteazalar samarasi, shuningdek antibiotiklarga nisbatan chidamlilik muammolari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Bibliografik manbalar asosida mikro¬biologik, epidemiologik va klinik jihatlar birlashtirilib, zamonaviy diagnostika – termografiya, molekulyar analizlar – ko‘rinadi. Tahliliy yondashuv orqali infeksion tuyoq kasalliklarining oldini olish va davolash bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi.
