In contrast to traditional lecture-based instruction, student-centered lessons emphasize learners’ active participation in the learning process, encouraging independence, interpersonal skill development, and flexibility. The paper also discusses how this approach supports students’ preparation for future professional careers while recognizing certain challenges educators may encounter when applying student-centered teaching methods.
