TA’LIM JARAYONIDA IJTIMOIY MOSLASHUV JARAYONINI SHAKLLANTIRISHNING INNOVATSION USULLARI
Abstract
Globallashuv va raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida ta’lim tizimi oldida turgan asosiy vazifalardan biri ijtimoiy jihatdan moslashuvchan, kommunikativ va mas’uliyatli shaxsni shakllantirishdir. Ijtimoiy moslashuv shaxsning jamiyatda mavjud ijtimoiy me’yorlar, qadriyatlar va rollarni ongli ravishda qabul qilishi hamda ularga mos ravishda faoliyat yurita olishini ifodalaydi. Ushbu jarayon ayniqsa ta’lim muhitida muhim ahamiyat kasb etib, o‘quvchilarning akademik muvaffaqiyati bilan bir qatorda ularning ijtimoiy yetukligini ham belgilaydi.
