Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy distopiya romanlarida bolalar obrazining badiiykonseptual modeli tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi XXI asr distopik adabiyotida bolalar obrazining funksional, semantik va aksiologik xususiyatlarini aniqlashdan iborat. Tahlil materiali sifatida Syuzan Kollinsning “The Hunger Games”, hamda Kazuo Ishiguroning “Never Let Me Go” romanlari
tanlandi. Tadqiqot davomida qiyosiy-tipologik, germenevtik va konseptual tahlil metodlaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar shuni ko„rsatadiki, zamonaviy distopiyalarda bolalar obrazi jamiyat inqirozining indikatori, qarshilik subyekti, insoniy qadriyatlar himoyachisi hamda kelajak timsoli sifatida namoyon bo„ladi.
