Mazkur maqolada bulutli texnologiyalar yordamida mustaqil ta’limni tashkil etishning nazariy asoslari hamda ularni xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasida qo‘llash mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, rivojlangan davlatlarda (AQSh, Buyuk Britaniya, Janubiy Koreya, Singapur) mustaqil ta’lim jarayonida qo‘llanilayotgan Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Moodle Cloud, Amazon Web Services kabi platformalarning didaktik imkoniyatlari, ularning talabalarning o‘zlashtirish darajasiga ta’siri hamda o‘qituvchi va talaba o‘rtasidagi muloqotni tashkil etishdagi roli o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, bulutli texnologiyalar yordamida bilimlarni individuallashtirish, ta’limda moslashuvchanlikni ta’minlash, resurslardan unumli foydalanish kabi jihatlar yoritiladi. Maqolada O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimiga xorijiy tajribalarni integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ham ilgari suriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida bulutli texnologiyalarga asoslangan mustaqil ta’limni samarali yo‘lga qo‘yish bo‘yicha konseptual yondashuv ishlab chiqilgan
