Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimini boshqarishda innovatsion g‘oyalarning o‘rni va ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy boshqaruv yondashuvlari, raqamli texnologiyalar, sun’iy intellekt va ma’lumotlarga asoslangan qaror qabul qilish mexanizmlarining ta’lim sifatiga va boshqaruv samaradorligiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, innovatsion boshqaruvni joriy etishda yuzaga keladigan muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
