Mazkur maqolada flipped classroom texnologiyasi asosida individuallashtirilgan ta’limni tashkil etishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi shundan iboratki, an’anaviy dars modeli o‘quvchilarning individual ehtiyojlari, o‘rganish sur’ati, qiziqishi va tayyorgarlik darajasini to‘liq hisobga olish imkonini har doim ham bermaydi. Flipped classroom esa nazariy materialni darsdan tashqari o‘zlashtirish va auditoriya vaqtini amaliy, tahliliy, hamkorlikdagi hamda differensial topshiriqlarga yo‘naltirish orqali personalized learning uchun qulay pedagogik muhit yaratadi.
