Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tabiatning asosiy omillari – quyosh nuri, toza havo va suvning inson, xususan, boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarining jismoniy, ruhiy va ijtimoiy salomatligiga ijobiy ta’siri ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy texnologiyalar va yopiq muhitning salbiy ta’siri fonida tabiat omillaridan samarali foydalanish orqali sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirishning
pedagogik usullari va konkret mexanizmlari ko‘rsatilgan. Maqolada o‘quvchilarning immunitetini mustahkamlash, chiniqtirish, ruhiy barqarorlikni ta’minlash va ekologik madaniyatni shakllantirish bo‘yicha, amaliy o‘yin-mashqlar hamda pedagogik tavsiyalar keltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari maktab va oila hamkorligida qo‘llash uchun amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
