Mazkur maqolada psixologiya fani nuqtai nazaridan stress tushunchasi, uning kelib chiqish sabablari hamda inson psixikasiga salbiy ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, stressni oldini olish va uni bartaraf etishning samarali psixologik usullari tahlil qilingan. Maqolada kognitiv-xulqiy yondashuv, relaksatsiya usullari, emotsional o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash va sog‘lom turmush tarzining stressni kamaytirishdagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari stressga chidamlilikni oshirish hamda psixologik barqarorlikni ta’minlashga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
