Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy sharoitlarda maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarini boshqarish tizimini takomillashtirishning metodik asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Xorijiy tajribalar asosida boshqaruvning innovatsion modellari, samarali mexanizmlari hamda ularni milliy tizimga moslashtirish yo‘llari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, ta’lim sifati monitoringi, rahbarlik kompetensiyalari va boshqaruvda raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish masalalari ilmiy asosda ochib beriladi.
