Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim sifatini oshirishda pedagogik yondashuvlarning roli va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Globallashuv davrida ta’lim jarayonining samaradorligi ko‘p jihatdan zamonaviy o‘qitish metodlari va innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalardan foydalanishga bog‘liq. Ushbu tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi turli pedagogik yondashuvlarning o‘quvchilarning bilim darajasi, darsdagi faolligi va ta’lim jarayonining umumiy samaradorligiga ta’sirini o‘rganishdan iborat.

Tadqiqot jarayonida ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili, ta’lim jarayonini kuzatish hamda an’anaviy va zamonaviy o‘qitish metodlarini qiyosiy o‘rganish usullaridan foydalanildi. Ayniqsa, zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida keng qo‘llanilayotgan interfaol metodlar va shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim yondashuvlariga alohida e’tibor qaratildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, interfaol metodlardan foydalanish o‘quvchilarning darsdagi faolligini 30–40% ga oshirishi, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim esa bilimni o‘zlashtirish darajasini 20–25% ga yaxshilashi mumkin.

Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlardan samarali foydalanish ta’lim sifatini oshirish, o‘quvchilarning tanqidiy fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish va ularning o‘qishga bo‘lgan qiziqishini kuchaytirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Shu sababli ta’lim jarayoniga innovatsion pedagogik strategiyalarni joriy etish ta’lim samaradorligini oshirishning muhim omili hisoblanadi.
