Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mikrobiologiya fanini o‘qitishda mentorlik yondashuvining pedagogik ahamiyati yoritilgan. Ta’lim jarayonida mentorlik asosida tashkil etilgan dars mashg‘ulotlari talabalarning bilim, ko‘nikma va malakalarini rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishi, ularning mustaqil fikrlash va ilmiy izlanish faoliyatini faollashtirishi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, mentorlik orqali individual yondashuvni ta’minlash, talabalarning o‘quv faoliyatini kuzatish va baholash jarayonlarini takomillashtirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari mentorlik yondashuvi mikrobiologiya fanini o‘qitish samaradorligini oshirishda muhim pedagogik omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
