Abstract

Ushbu maqola o‘zbek va ingliz madaniyatlarida “saxiylik/generosity” konseptini tadqiq etishning nazariy asoslarini tizimli ravishda yoritadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi konseptni lingvomadaniy birlik sifatida tahlil qilishda qo‘llaniladigan yondashuvlar (kognitiv semantika, lingvomadaniyatshunoslik va konseptologiya) doirasida qiyosiy tadqiqot uchun tayanch mezonlarni aniqlash hamda “saxiylik” konseptining struktur modelini (yadro–periferiya) asoslashdan iborat. Metodologik asos sifatida ilmiy adabiyotlar sharhi, definitsion (lug‘aviy) tahlil, komponent tahlil, konseptual-metaforik tahlil va semantik maydon yondashuvi qo‘llandi; natijalarni aniqlashtirish uchun o‘zbek va ingliz tilidagi tanlangan badiiy hamda publitsistik matnlarda konseptning diskursiv namoyon bo‘lishi kuzatildi.
