Ushbu maqolada Oliy ta’lim tashkilotlarini boshqaruvida professor-o‘qituvchilar strategik va operativ yondashuvlarning integratsiyasini nazariy jihatdan asoslangan. Motivatsiya strategik boshqaruv va operativ boshqaruvlar orasida inson kapitalini rivojlantirish omili sifatida namoyon etiladi. Konseptual model taklif etish orqali tadqiqot natijasiga erishildi.
