Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak ingliz tili o‘qituvchilarida mustaqil ta’lim ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish zamonaviy ta’lim sharoitini tashkil etishning muhim vositasi sifatida ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan asoslanadi. Globallashuv, raqamli transformatsiya va kompetensiyaviy yondashuv sharoitida oliy ta’lim jarayonini tashkil etish yangi pedagogik mexanizmlarni talab etadi. Tadqiqotda mustaqil ta’lim ko‘nikmalari motivatsion, mazmuniy, operatsion va reflektiv komponentlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Ularning integratsiyasi talabaning o‘z o‘quv faoliyatini rejalashtirish, strategik boshqarish, monitoring qilish va reflektiv tahlil qilish qobiliyatini rivojlantiradi. Xorijiy tajriba (Finlyandiya, Buyuk Britaniya, Janubiy Koreya, AQSh) asosida zamonaviy ta’lim muhitini tashkil etishda portfolio, PBL, blended learning va self-regulated learning mexanizmlarining samaradorligi ko‘rsatib beriladi.
