Part-time ta’lim zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida o‘quvchi va talabalarga o‘qishni mehnat faoliyati, oilaviy majburiyatlar hamda shaxsiy ehtiyojlar bilan uyg‘unlashtirish imkonini beruvchi moslashuvchan ta’lim modeli hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada part-time ta’limning tashkiliy xususiyatlari, asosiy afzalliklari, mavjud muammolari va ta’lim natijalariga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, vaqtni samarali boshqarishdagi qiyinchiliklar va akademik muhit bilan cheklangan o‘zaro aloqalar kabi muammolar ham aniqlangan. Maqolada part-time ta’limning uzluksiz ta’lim tizimidagi o‘rni yoritilib, ta’lim siyosati va amaliyotini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
