Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy oliy ta’lim jarayonida talabalarning emotsional empatiyasi va kasbiy refleksiyasini shakllantirishda didaktik drama texnologiyalarini narrativ yondashuv asosida qo‘llashning nazariy-metodologik va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqot davomida drama pedagogikasining shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim konsepsiyasi bilan uzviy bog‘liqligi asoslanib, narrativ metodlar orqali talabalarning ichki kechinmalari, kasbiy o‘zini anglash jarayoni hamda reflektiv tafakkurining rivojlanish mexanizmlari ochib beriladi. Didaktik drama vositasida yaratiladigan pedagogik vaziyatlar talabalarning empatik idrokini faollashtirib, ularning kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorgarligi va professional o‘zligini shakllantirishga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi ilmiy-nazariy tahlil asosida yoritilgan. Maqolada narrativ yondashuvning ta’limiy, tarbiyaviy va rivojlantiruvchi imkoniyatlari ochib berilib, uni pedagogik ta’lim amaliyotiga joriy etish istiqbollari asoslab berilgan.
