Mazkur maqolada jurnalist kadrlarni tayyorlash jarayonida axborot xavfsizligi kompetentligining o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Ayni globallashuv va raqamli texnologiyalar sharoitida jurnalistlar nafaqat axborotni tezkor yetkazishi, balki uni ishonchli, tekshirilgan va manipulyatsiyadan holi shaklda taqdim etishi lozim. Maqolada ham axborot xavfsizligining asosiy qismlari, zamonaviy tahdidlar sharoitida jurnalist kasbiy mahoratini oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar bayon etiladi.
